Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays. </li><li>Proven and previous leadership experience required </li><li>Must be reliable and on time </li><li>Present yourself professionally to include appearance, a respectful behavior and integrity </li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a sense of urgency </li><li>Be able to effectively communicate to your Team, other Leaders, Directors and Operator. </li><li>Demonstrate the ability to train others </li><li>Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees of the restaurant with respect </li><li>Work in a Team environment with shared ownership and responsibility </li><li>Demonstrate the ability to work in all positions and lead from a position, if needed </li><li>Respectfully provide feedback and direction </li><li>Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making </li><li>Has a teachable persona </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities (expectations, but not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Support Senior Leadership in operation execution including daily set-up, catering and facility coordination </li><li>Oversee cash handling </li><li>Answer phone </li><li>Lead Team with best practices and adhere to all restaurant policies themselves </li><li>Communicate Team Member performance to Directors for appropriate handling </li><li>Address and solve guest issues </li><li>Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture and standard of excellence </li><li>Assist in training of new hires </li><li>Oversee cleanliness through daily walkthroughs in a high expectation environment </li><li>Set and manage goals with Team Members and Leaders </li><li>Build a culture others want to follow </li><li>Reinforce expectations and drive accountability </li><li>Assist in evaluations </li></ul> <p>What You'll Learn (to include, but not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Chick-fil-A and Restaurant culture standards </li><li>Operational systems for front of house and back of house </li><li>Labor management </li><li>Food safety </li><li>Inventory </li><li>Shift control </li><li>Leadership communication </li><li>Team motivation and conflict resolution </li><li>Business metrics like food/labor cost and guest satisfaction scores </li><li>Training tactics </li><li>How to identify and solve operational bottlenecks </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
