As a Retail Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, increase sales and conversion, and enhance brand visibility in the retail environment.</p> <p>The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail trade marketing, strategic thinking, and a proven record of successful campaign execution.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and lead the management of the Retail Marketing Calendar, both in store and online </li><li>Develop and lead the management of the Retail Sample and Gift with Purchase Calendar </li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies to drive store traffic and sales conversion </li><li>Lead the Sales Event creation and deploy across the US, ensuring best-in-class execution and results </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling in-store promotions, displays, and campaigns </li><li>Collaborate with the digital team to ensure the highest level of development and management of the retail .com results </li><li>Collaborate with the Social Marketing team to build out the Social Marketing Calendar, and report back on the insights </li><li>Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape </li><li>Plan and implement product launches, ensuring effective communication and promotion </li><li>Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including signage, displays, and promotional materials </li><li>Oversee and report on the effectiveness of the digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and email marketing, to drive online and offline traffic </li><li>Analyze sales data and customer insights to optimize retail and online marketing strategies and improve campaign performance </li><li>Collaborate with retail teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance the overall customer experience </li><li>Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement </li><li>Stay informed about retail industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing </li></ul> <p>Requirements and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Understand the importance of omnichannel and digital marketing strategies </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proven experience as a Retail Trade Marketing Manager or in a similar role </li><li>Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer behavior </li><li>Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills </li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns </li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms </li><li>Familiarity with retail software and analytics tools with a high level of proficiency in: Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT. Adobe preferred but not required. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fields </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong Presentation Skills </li><li>Ability to build and develop the Retail and .com Marketing Calendar in collaboration with Retail Account Director and supporting departments </li><li>Ability to build and develop Creative Briefs to kick off new projects, </li><li>Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to leadership on based on results </li><li>Represent Brand Philosophy and Protect Brand Identity </li><li>Effective communicator with an emphasis on consistency and integrity </li><li>Efficient in technology skills </li><li>2-3 years of Experience in Retail Trade Marketing, preferable with Retail Beauty Experience </li></ul>
