Youll be the face of IT Landes Home Service Team to our clientsensuring that their comfort systems work efficiently, reliably, and safely.</p> <p>What Youll Do</p> <ul> <li>Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, boilers, etc.) </li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions </li><li>Provide expert advice and recommend system upgrades </li><li>Conduct performance inspections and routine maintenance </li><li>Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and work completed </li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and care </li><li>Follow OSHA and company safety protocols </li><li>Maintain a clean and mechanically sound company service vehicle </li></ul> <p>What Were Looking For</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record </li><li>Working knowledge of HVAC systems </li><li>5+ years of HVAC experience or equivalent technical education </li><li>Must provide your own hand tools </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions & Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs </li><li>Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands </li><li>Regular exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, outdoor elements, and loud noise </li><li>Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear proper PPE </li></ul> <p>Safety Commitment</p> <p>This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
