If you're ready for the right place to belong and grow your career, you can find it here. \nBenefits that set us apart. \n\nComprehensive medical?including Fertility, Adoption benefits, Dental, and Vision Insurance \nOnsite Health & Wellness Center \nEmployer 401K contribution in the top 1% of the nation \nTuition Assistance \nAccess to Employee Store \n\nWhat You Do. \n\nVerifies nomenclature and specifications of purchase requests.\nPrepares purchase order and sends copy to supplier.\nCompares prices, specifications, and delivery dates and places orders with suppliers.\nStocks and issues materials.\nOrganizes and constructs/ stages parts for scheduled repairs and PMs. Kits where feasible.\nProvides updates and confers with individuals assigned to PMs parts arrival and status.\nConfers with suppliers concerning late deliveries.\nSearches inventory records or warehouse to determine if material on hand is in sufficient quantity and adjusts inventory. \nVerifies invoices, purchases orders and approves invoices for payment.\nPrepares report such as inventory balances and parts usage. \nCompares prices, specifications, and delivery dates and places orders with suppliers.\nEstimates based on current prices and historical data for parts used on repairs, when requested.\nProvide information pertinent to work order completion estimates.\nConferring with Engineering on proper material and established standards for replacement components when substitutions are required.\nInspection and confirming that new and rebuilt components, materials, coming in are functional and comply with established standards and specified detailed requirements. Testing when appropriate.\nIdentification and tag equipment.\nAdministrative coordination of the small equipment budget expenditures, including purchasing and tracking. \nEquipment documentation review and updating. To include but not limited to drawings.\nProcurement and linking of detailed drawings/documentation pertinent to scheduling PM, Predictive maintenance work orders.\n\nYour Education and Experience. \n\nAssociate's degree (A.
