<p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Monday-Friday 8am-5pm</p> <p>Support QA management in conducting the Quality Assurance and production processes and procedures of Radwell International. These departments include the Repair and PLCCenter departments; and the Distribution as it relates to the Quality Assurance process of Radwell International.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Complete an average of 8 units/day </li><li>Aid in the BER evaluation while maintaining a 4% or lower rate </li><li>Interfacing with customers, production, sales and accounting staff as it relates to strengthening our customer relationships and confidence in our capabilities. </li><li>Assist with development of methods, procedures and processes to improve our quality, capabilities and performance as an industrial controls resource in the marketplace. </li><li>Assisting with various duties as they relate to the Quality Assurance processes of Radwell International. </li><li>Support to quality department as back up for various roles as needed. This need may arise thru increased workload for these respective roles. </li><li>May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Must have a proven track record in a similar technical environment </li><li>Must understand the products being repaired and processed from extensive technical background and experience; should be able to perform repair, testing and troubleshooting, and provide technical advice and assistance to all phases of the production cycle. </li><li>Strong computer skills; ability to learn and understand Radwell computer systems to perform job tasks in an automated environment </li><li>A positive attitude with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. </li><li>Ability to work well with upper management in implementing directives and other supervisory personnel in operating the department. </li><li>Ability to identify needed improvements in existing processes and assist in implementations of changes. </li><li>Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends if necessary, in order to complete assignments on schedule and order to meet company goals and objectives. </li><li>Good organizational and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to handle relationships with customers and suppliers. </li><li>Ability to evaluate and solve problems as they occur. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>Strong Computer proficiency </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li><li>Assist IT/Inform IT of changes to promote program efficiency </li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Problem solving abilities </li><li>Good communication skills </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling </li><li>Frequent walking </li><li>Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion </li><li>Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling </li><li>Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion </li><li>Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma and/or technical school required </li><li>One to three years related experience and/or training </li><li>Technical product knowledge preferred </li><li>Electronic industry experience required </li></ul>
