We're looking for an ERP Specialist to support and optimize our ERP system, ensuring seamless production, inventory, and supply-chain workflows. This role bridges Operations and IT to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Configure and maintain ERP modules for production, inventory, and procurement. </li><li>Analyze workflows and implement process improvements. </li><li>Provide end-user support and deliver training materials. </li><li>Develop reports and dashboards for KPIs and operational insights. </li><li>Ensure accurate BOMs, routings, and production data integrity. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a science-related field. </li><li>3-5 years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment (SAP, AX, Qlik preferred). </li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and MRP. </li><li>Proficiency in ERP configuration, reporting tools (SQL, Power BI), and troubleshooting. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?
