The payment systems of EBA CLEARING are pan-European by design and desire: they are developed in close co-operation with the Company's multinational user community and best-of-breed technology partners.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Human Relations (HR) Unit is in charge of taking care of these talents. We are supporting the staff and working closely with the management while contributing to the growth and development of our business.</p> <p>The HR Unit is responsible for the full employee life cycle from Talent Acquisition & Retention to Learning, Careers and Mobility. We also ensure employee relations and legal compliance with respect to labor laws across several European jurisdictions. We conduct and support change management to contribute to the Company development by deploying digital tools.</p> <p>We are looking for a full time HR Assistant, passionate about people, seeking to have a positive impact, ready to participate to the growth of our Company while developing his/her own career. We are offering an immediate and inspiring HR opportunity with very rich and different missions/responsibilities for you to get the perfect match with your career aspirations.</p> <p>You will be working closely with and reporting to our C&B Expert.</p> <p>Main responsibilities</p> <p>Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>assisting with the preparation of payroll operations, including ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing as per service levels across several European jurisdictions </li><li>ensuring administrative tasks such as correct data collection, management, entry, record-keeping of employee information, maintaining employee files and HR data </li><li>enabling the accurate processing and storage of various HR data by maintaining an electronic filing system with defined appropriate naming convention, folder structures and categorization of electronic documents within the HRIS </li><li>defining and implementing automated alerts and reminders for document reviews and deadlines, ensuring files are always up to date </li><li>acting as the first point of contact for third party vendors or suppliers in terms of data requirements and process integration (purchase order/ new supplier form) </li><li>acting as the first point of HR contact for employee's self-service queries via the HR HelpDesk </li><li>responding to HR queries and questions from employees and providing guidance on systems and process </li><li>re-assigning HR queries and questions to other HR team members if need be and following up on responsiveness and effectiveness </li><li>optimizing the administrative side of the organization by ensuring that all employees receive proper guidance on how to follow official processes </li><li>helping with HR information system. tool or solution deployment and implementation </li><li>contributing to different HR studies, research, analysis, reporting, initiatives and projects (action points deriving from the HR Steering Committee, etc. ) </li><li>preparing various HR documents to support the smooth running of the HR unit in coordination and liaison with the HR team members </li></ul> <p>The profile</p> <p>The successful candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>have a degree in Human Resources Management </li><li>have ideally a previous first experience within an HR team </li><li>have knowledge and know-how of Excel and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) </li><li>be at ease with numbers and data </li><li>have demonstrated strong ethics, respect for confidentiality and discretion </li><li>have strong administrative, organisational and communication skills </li><li>be fluent in English.
