<p>Position Title: Operations Manager</p> <p>Department: Operations</p> <p>Reports To: Division Manager</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The position has overall responsibility and accountability for the operations of the division. The position requires a full understanding of the service lines the division offers and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced work environment.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the overall operational and associated administrative management division. </li><li>Assigns and coordinates the operational resources required to execute each job/project. </li><li>Responsible to the division manager for the H&S, Regulatory Compliance, and financial performance of all work. </li><li>Maintain appropriate visibility at customer sites, focusing on execution of work and issue resolution. </li><li>Executes the StreamTech training program for assigned service lines. </li><li>Ensure that all necessary operational personnel and equipment resources are available when needed.
