Directs, educates and assists Nursing Staff in the provision of Quality Patient Care according to department Standards of Practice and Standards of Care to Maintain Quality Services. Assists Nurse Manager in Providing Leadership Support to Staff, Scheduling and Evaluating Personnel. BSN required or ADN accepted with proof of matriculation into a BSN program upon hire.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <p>3 to 5 Years Clinical Experience Required. One Year of Charge Nurse or Equivalent Experience preferred.</p> <p>LICENSURE</p> <p>Current Ct Rn Licensure. BLS, ACLS and PALS Required. Certification in specialty area required within one year of hire date.</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>ED experience required and psych experience preferred.
