We work hard to inspire a sense of belonging that continually motivates our teams from the newest to the most tenured employees.</p> </li></ul> <p>Serving up the care and career you crave.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p> <p>This role will define and execute processes, strategies, and policies focused on optimizing cost, driving efficiencies, managing risk, and improving supplier relationships across Cracker Barrel's indirect spend. The Sr. Manager, Indirect & Professional Services will serve as the primary point of contact leading the procurement strategy across functional areas such as IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Facilities, and Professional Services, among others. This highly visible position will work closely with Legal and department leaders to build advocacy and trust, fostering collaboration, engagement, and process improvement.
