<p>Job Title: Asst Director Patient Care</p> <p>Location: Clara Maass Medical Center</p> <p>Department Name: Post Intensive Care Unit IV</p> <p>Req #: 0000225807</p> <p>Status: Salaried</p> <p>Shift: Day</p> <p>Pay Range: $83,337 - $106,706 per year</p> <p>Pay Transparency:</p> <p>The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.</p> <p>The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.</p> <p>Location: Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville, New Jersey is a part of RWJBarnabas Health, is a trusted leader in patient-centered care and medical innovation,</p> <p>Our telemetry units provide comprehensive, advanced treatment for our patients, supported by a team of dedicated professionals and cutting-edge technology,</p> <p>We are committed to excellence, compassion, and improving outcomes for every patient we serve,</p> <p>Required Certifications and Licenses:</p> <p>Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in New Jersey,</p> <p>Maintenance of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BCLS)</p> <p>Graduate of an accredited nursing program, Masters degree highly preferred</p> <p>Successful completion of all Orientation</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Part time days</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>Assists Nursing Director with ensuring that quality nurse care is delivered to all patients and his/her units in accordance with the philosophy, policies, procedures and program plans of the hospital,</p> <p>Develops and sustains an environment that supports compassionate care, healthcare excellence, and superior service,</p> <p>Assists with the development of patient care standards and continuing education,</p> <p>Assists in performance evaluation of staff, and in scheduling and staffing to meet department needs,</p> <p>Assists in the direction, coordination and development of performance improvement, patient safety, and patient experience outcomes,</p> <p>Assures the unit is always in a state of survey readiness and meets compliance with all environmental/equipment requirements,</p> <p>Makes daily rounds to ensure smooth functioning and throughput of patients on the unit and intervenes with all ancillary and support services to provide quality patient care</p> <p>Expected to work 2 shifts Per week, every other weekend, and some Holidays</p> <p>RWJBarnabas Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
