<p>Position Overview:</p> <p>We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our team for</p> <p>the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will foster a love of learning through</p> <p>engaging, standards-based instruction and build strong relationships with students,</p> <p>families, and colleagues.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>? Plan and deliver dynamic, student-centered lessons that support academic growth</p> <p>and mastery</p> <p>? Develop and use assessments to monitor progress and adjust instruction as needed</p> <p>? Build a classroom environment rooted in respect, involvement, and high</p> <p>expectations</p> <p>? Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians and collaborate with</p> <p>school staff</p> <p>? Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture</p> <p>? Ability to use routine formative classroom-designed and state assessments to</p> <p>monitor progress and adjust instruction as needed (ex., Tier remediation)</p> <p>? Ability to utilize IN state-mandated summative assessments in planning</p> <p>annual/long-range instructional units</p> <p>? Communicate professionally regularly via in-person meetings as well as using</p> <p>school-wide/school-based communication methods regularly/routinely</p> <p>? Ability to build a classroom environment rooted in high expectations for positive and</p> <p>respectful behavior amongst students and staff, while planning daily lessons which</p> <p>strong/high academic standards/activities.</p> <p>? Possesses the capacity to develop and execute a classroom management system with</p> <p>fidelity, ensuring expectations are clearly articulated and consistently upheld.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>? Valid Indiana teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5)</p> <p>? Strong classroom management and instructional skills</p> <p>? Effective communicator with excellent organization and time management</p> <p>? Committed to educational excellence, student engagement, and continuous</p> <p>improvement</p> <p>? Professional, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about working in a supportive rural</p> <p>school community</p> <p>? Professional demeanor towards colleagues, students, parents/guardians, and</p> <p>administrators.</p> <p>Eminence Community Schools pays 85% of single coverage or 65% of family</p> <p>coverage for group Health, Vision, and Dental insurance premiums. No-cost clinics</p> <p>are available through the trust.</p> <p>$70,000 Life insurance</p> <p>13 Leave days each year.
