<p>The Lead Compliance Analyst serves as a point person to support compliance operations and improve business practices for the ISO Tariff and NERC Operating and Planning standards in support of our strategic goal of operational excellence. In this role, you will collaborate with impacted business units to identify, monitor, and mitigate compliance risks including assisting with the onboarding process for NERC Standard and ISO Tariff changes. Additionally, maintain awareness of standards in development and regulatory agency actions and represent the ISO at stakeholder meetings. Identify and implement process improvements to the tools and resources used to ensure compliance. Master's degree or MBA preferred </li><li>5+ years' experience with a compliance program within a related organization or other relevant experience is desired </li><li>Working knowledge of NERC Standards </li><li>Applied knowledge of the ISO </li><li>Desired not required: </li><li>Experience with RSA Archer GRC software </li><li>Experience with Northeast electricity or natural gas markets </li><li>Experience with Python software development </li></ul> <p>#LI-HYBRID</p>
