<p>Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):</p> <p>This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may expand to include other duties and responsibilities based on business need.</p> <ul> <li>Assists the Site Manager with the ongoing leasing and administrative functions of the property. </li><li>Answer telephone inquiries, greet, and show apartments to prospective residents </li><li>Process and receive applications </li><li>Create correspondence such as leases, prepare move-in files, conduct resident orientation, process annual recertifications, and lease renewals </li><li>Prepare and submit reports to upper management </li><li>Follow-up on maintenance work orders and other administrative duties as assigned by the Site Manager. </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Must be highly enthusiastic, sales oriented, and enjoy working with the public. </li><li>Knowledge of Yardi and certification is preferred. </li><li>Some fair housing knowledge required. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. </li><li>Tax-credit experience is a plus, leasing experience a plus. </li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment/Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>This job operates in a clerical office setting.
