If you take pride in your ability to project manage and consider yourself an expert in construction renovation - you've come to the right place. In this role, you will supervise the renovation, oversee employees/sub-contractors, and manage cost with the insurance providers.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Take charge and manage the life cycle of a variety of reconstruction projects from planning to execution to close </li><li>Autonomously produce while having the support of estimating and planning team </li><li>Establish systems that result in the overall success of projects (i.e., quality workmanship, client relationships, safety, cleanliness, and tradespeople conduct) </li><li>Manage estimators </li><li>Train and coach team members that produce reconstruction projects </li><li>Communicate with customers frequently on the status of the job </li><li>Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and property owners </li><li>Resolve conflicts with carriers, property owners, vendors, and tradesmen </li><li>Manage and exceed budget expectations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of Construction Project Management experience required </li><li>5+ years in hands-on construction or trades work preferred </li><li>Strong planning/scheduling and communication skills </li><li>Self-motivated and goal oriented </li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </li><li>Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor </li><li>Willingness to work hard … and sweat the details! </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary + commission plan </li><li>Company vehicle </li><li>Continuing Leadership Development - our company grows from the inside and offer paid training opportunities to advance your career. </li><li>Great culture and team dynamic </li></ul> <p>Please apply if you demand more from yourself than others demand from you!
