<p>Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Hospice Representative (Business Development) to join our team in Palm Beach County. This position services the south Palm beach county(Boca to Wellington) area.</p> <p>This full-time, "boots-on-the-ground" position and works Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with weekend and after-hours availability as needed.</p> <p>In this crucial community-facing role, the Hospice Representative strengthens Trustbridge's presence by building meaningful relationships, educating healthcare partners, and driving access to compassionate hospice services.</p> <p>Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families. As a community-based nonprofit, we provide 24/7 hospice and palliative care, along with caregiver support and bereavement services for families facing serious illness.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Educate and promote the hospice concept and the benefits of Trustbridge programs to clinic stakeholders, discharge planners, case managers, and other internal and external healthcare professionals. </li><li>Oversee accounts and open new ones, maintain strong relationships with hospital and facility staff, and increase referrals through consistent engagement. </li><li>Host occasional marketing events, facilitate meetings with clients, and build new relationships throughout the community. </li><li>Serve as a visible, boots-on-the-ground representative of Trustbridge in the Broward County service area. </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the CRM; must be comfortable with technology and data entry. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Empath Health?</p> <ul> <li>Fair, Competitive Pay: Your work has value, and we reward it.
