Ascend into a new career at Ascend at Woodbury.</p> <p>What we're looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Dynamic, outgoing, and personable team members </li><li>High school diploma and one to three years of related experience </li><li>Open availability to work weekends </li><li>Safely and legally operate an automobile and golf cart </li><li>Current driver's license with minimal violations is required. </li></ul> <p>A sneak peek into the Day in the Life of an Assistant Community Manager:</p> <ul> <li>Sell homes to our future residents: Use our CRM and other systems to nurture leads through walk in traffic, email, and phone. Use effective and professional sales techniques to coordinate property viewings, discuss community layouts, and available amenities. Maintain current and future community availability. </li><li>Assist the Business Community Manager with overall community operations </li><li>Effectively communicate to our current and future residents: prepare move in and move out documents.
