Prepares forecasts. </li><li>Maintain internal controls in accordance with Company policy. </li><li>Prepare financial analysis as needed to support business objectives. </li><li>Facilitate the annual business plan process. </li><li>Prepare annual cost plan setting work center rates for inventory valuation and standard product cost. </li><li>Preparation of appropriation requests (AR) and analysis. </li><li>Coordinate physical inventories and encourage cycle counts. </li></ul> <p>Qualificationsarrow_right</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing cost accounting preferably in a regulated industry. </li><li>Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial compliance, and auditing practices. </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. </li><li>Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and provide actionable insights. </li><li>Thorough knowledge of standard cost manufacturing systems and production variance analysis. </li><li>Understanding and experience with setting manufacturing overhead rates desired. </li><li>Experience with fully integrated ERP systems (SAP) and Business Information databases. </li><li>Experience preparing capital expenditure requests with related cash flow and return on investment. </li></ul> <p>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
