Type: Contract Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator II Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid remote) Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Charlotte, NC Pay Rate: Based on experience Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Education: HS diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred Description The Customer Service Coordinator II is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely communication across internal teams and external customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to meeting defined service level agreements.
