We encourage out of the box thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and creativity.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Associate II, Warehouse Operations, is responsible for performing daily warehousing and logistics activities including the receipt, storage, picking, packing and shipping of material(s) in a cGMP environment.</p> <p>Principal Duties and Responsibilities include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Loading and unloading trucks via material handling equipment. </li><li>Receiving inbound material including but not limited to the breakdown of pallets, labeling of materials, and processing inbound Purchase Orders utilizing Ocular Therapeutix's ERP system. </li><li>Accurately storing materials in their designated Storage Location physically and systematically within Ocular Therapeutix's ERP system. </li><li>Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control on the release of incoming materials requiring inspection. </li><li>Fulfillment of material requests to Manufacturing, Engineering, Development, and other relevant departments. </li><li>Accurately transact material movements within Ocular Therapeutix's ERP system. </li><li>Initiate and/or collaborate on Non-Conforming Material Reports, and Deviations relating to Warehousing & Logistics activities. </li><li>Prepare and process material for outbound shipping including but not limited to the packaging and labeling of material, scheduling/coordination of truck pickups, processing small parcel shipments, and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately. </li><li>Perform cycle counts, restock consumables, and maintain an accurate inventory of cGMP and non-cGMP material. </li><li>Assist in identifying and resolving inventory </li><li>Maintain compliance with cGMP regulations, EHS safety standards, and company policies and procedures at all times. </li></ul> <p>Qualification Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma with 2-4 years of warehouse experience </li><li>Strong Excel skills required </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with multiple departments  </li><li>Demonstrable experience in Good Documentation Practices </li><li>Strong analytical skills required </li><li>Must be highly detail-orientated </li><li>Must be able to thrive in an environment of frequent changes </li><li>Must have a strong sense of ownership and be able to drive issues to closure </li><li>Must be a self-starter who is hands-on with projects and assignments </li><li>Experience with shipping domestically and internationally </li><li>Experience utilizing FedEx Ship Manager and/or UPS Worldship </li><li>Experience with SAP, Oracle, QAD or other ERP systems </li></ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Hourly Pay</p> <p>$25.50—$28.85 USD</p> <p>Ocular Therapeutix is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding nondiscrimination.
