This is a unique opportunity to apply your technical expertise and strategic vision to solve complex challenges and directly influence the future of regional energy conservation.</p> <p>As the Systems Support Lead, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the go-to technical expert for the suite of systems and data tools that form the backbone of BPA's energy efficiency reporting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our energy savings data. </li><li>Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives, redesigning business processes to make our energy conservation programs more efficient, innovative, and effective. </li><li>Provide expert advice and authoritative guidance to management on complex energy conservation policies and industry changes, helping to shape the strategic direction of our programs. </li><li>Act as a key liaison between BPA, our utility customers, and regional stakeholders, building consensus and driving collaboration on critical energy efficiency activities and system enhancements. </li><li>Drive innovation by collaborating with IT staff and vendors to design, develop, and implement new software and tools that advance our ability to track and manage energy efficiency measures. </li><li>Mentor and provide technical leadership to team members, guiding project work and developing staff skills to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment. </li><li>Tackle broad and complex challenges by developing creative solutions for issues where established methods are insufficient, ensuring the long-term success of our efficiency efforts. </li><li>Develop long-range strategic plans, goals, and objectives for pivotal changes in how BPA acquires, tracks, and reports on regional energy savings. </li></ul>
