You will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and enhance performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis to solve complex problems and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.</p> <p>The Work</p> <ul> <li> <p>Research and evaluate emerging AI tools relevant to software development (e.g., code assistants, automation frameworks, testing tools, API-based AI services).</p> </li><li> <p>Support developers by integrating AI tools into existing workflows and recommending best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain internal prototypes or automation scripts using AI/ML APIs and frameworks.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide training, demos, and documentation to help teams understand and use AI solutions effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor AI tool performance, gather user feedback, and suggest improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay up to date with industry advancements and communicate insights to engineering leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in maintaining compliance, security, and ethical use of AI systems within engineering operations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 1 year of experience using or experimenting with modern AI tools for developers (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API, Claude, Replit AI, Hugging Face).</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of experience with programming concepts and hands-on coding in Python. Strong in Python.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 year of experience implementing or prototyping AI-driven automation or productivity tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 year of experience evaluating technical tools and communicating their benefits to non-experts in.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Professional Skills Requirement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrated analytical skills and willingness to independently explore new AI/ML technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and collaboration skills developed through coursework, team projects, or prior work.</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus point is you have</p> <ul> <li>Prior internships, personal projects, or coursework involving AI/ML tools (6+ months recommended) are a plus. </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
