<p>Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst IV in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.</p> <p>Summary: The Quality Assurance Analyst IV is a senior, hands-on role responsible for day-to-day sprint testing execution for UI-focused development teams. This individual will embed directly with React or Angular development teams and play a critical role in building testing structure, automation, and quality practices for new UI applications.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Day to day sprint testing execution for a UI specific development team (React or Angular) </li><li>Write good test plans and be a positive influence on the team for test planning </li><li>Help create, groom, prioritize, and execute testing automation backlog </li><li>Work with dev managers and sprint teams to understand and communicate testing capacity and sprint plans </li><li>Report on testing plan, burn down execution, and defects </li><li>Work with Jira and Octane/QMetry live visualization </li><li>Work with teams in a diverse geographical locations (Denver, Saint Louis, India)* Senior-level QA professional with strong experience in UI testing efforts </li><li>Hands-on experience testing modern web applications developed using React or Angular </li><li>Experience with low-code/no-code UI automation tools; Tosca preferred, but comparable tools accepted </li><li>Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including in-sprint testing, story grooming, estimation, sprint planning, and PI planning </li><li>Strong communication skills and experience collaborating closely with developers </li><li>Proficiency with Jira and Octane/QMetry, with an emphasis on test case quality and reporting </li><li>Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight </li><li>Proven ability to stand up test cases, automation, and QA processes in lean or greenfield environments </li><li>SQL knowledge (Oracle PL/SQL a plus) is beneficial but not required </li><li>Availability to support early morning stand-ups aligned with Central Time core hours </li></ul>
