Let's make that impact together.</p> <p>As a Lead Engineer, Identity & Access Management here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the identity governance and privilege management tool suites that manage Active Directories and Ldap directories this will include privilege management, end user self service management, application and database management. Our goal is to build and maintain a streamlined single repository that is easy to use for our end users as well as providing a seamless compliance governance framework for DFARS, NIST CONTROLS, CUI, SOX. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle of products and systems. Your work will directly impact the safety and integrity of systems that power the modern world.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead over identity governance and privilege identity tools </li><li>Lead team to deploy enhancements to both tools </li><li>Reading and studying documented procedures and processes and implement them in detail with little or no errors </li><li>Experience designing and developing J2EE/Java applications </li><li>Expertise in relational databases and SQL </li><li>Knowledge of enterprise directories (Active Directory, Azure etc.) </li><li>Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow) </li><li>Expertise developing troubleshooting processes, methodologies and standards for Sailpoint ISC and Beyond Trust Privilege Identity </li><li>Experience in working with and administering WebLogic, JBoss or Tomcat </li><li>Strong understanding of privileged management from vaulting perspective </li><li>Ability to interpret customer requirements into functioning workflows in Sailpoint ISC and Beyond Trust Privilege Identity </li><li>Strong understanding of information security fundamentals in the identity and access management domain </li><li>Provide mentorship, expertise, and direction to junior IGA team members </li><li>Clearly communicate (both written and verbally) to all levels of management </li><li>Customer focused, ability to interact directly with end users to troubleshoot issues and promptly remediate for identity governance tools </li></ul> <p>In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell.
