Our Mission is to Honor the Greatest of the Game, Preserve its History, Promote its Values & Celebrate Excellence Together.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>This position will ensure the seamless execution of Hall of Fame events and facility operations, delivering exceptional logistical coordination and maintenance team oversight. The role encompasses event project management, logistical planning, event-day support, asset logistics, museum event coordination, and facility maintenance supervision.</p> <p>Day-To-Day Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Event Logistical Planning: Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of Hall of Fame events, including scheduling, vendor management, asset logistics, and setup requirements, ensuring seamless execution. </li><li>Event-Day Operations: Oversee event-day activities, managing staff, coordinating department requests, resolving issues, and identifying efficiency opportunities. </li><li>Museum and Campus Event Support: Coordinate logistics for museum-related events and activities on the Hall of Fame campus, aligning with organizational goals. </li><li>Asset Logistics Management: Manage the ordering, staging, and deployment of event and facility assets, including equipment, signage, and materials, ensuring proper placement and operational efficiency. </li><li>Event Project Management Software: Administer and update event project management software, implementing improvements to streamline planning and coordination. </li><li>Facility Maintenance and Contractor Oversight: Supervise the facilities department's preventive maintenance program, ensuring timely execution of maintenance tasks, processing work orders, and coordinating external contractors. </li><li>Maintenance Team Coordination: Lead the maintenance team by assigning tasks, managing work orders, and fostering clear communication to ensure operational readiness and collaboration. </li><li>And more! </li></ul> <p>Are you up for the challenge?
