This is an 8-week project with the possibility of extension. Candidates must be committed to completing the assignment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support for ERP system updates. </li><li>Enter data accurately into the ERP system. </li><li>Assist with inventory management and product information updates. </li><li>Maintain accurate records through filing and purchase order management. </li><li>Use Microsoft Office and Outlook for communication and data management. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of relevant administrative experience in a manufacturing or similar environment. </li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems. </li><li>Strong data entry skills. </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Research skills. </li><li>Attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work with urgency. </li><li>ERP system experience is highly desirable. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is based in a clean manufacturing office, with working hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
