<p>Role: Implementation Specialist</p> <p>Location: (Hybrid)</p> <p>Reports To: Director of Implementation</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and experienced Implementation Specialist to oversee and coordinate takeover plans in transition, coming from one provider, to 401GO. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to understand the transfer process and own the process of allocation of assets. </p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Track plans that are indicated as "takeover" and follow them through a series of statuses in the conversion process. </li><li>Follow up with plan sponsors, advisors and partners to ensure data is being received accurately. </li><li>Develop and implement team goals and objectives in alignment with organizational strategies. </li><li>Foster a positive and productive team environment through effective communication and collaboration. </li><li>Work closely with Implementation Support personnel to ensure communication on plans is driving the process forward. </li><li>Work with the dev team and other Implementation Specialists on allocating assets. </li><li>Identify the needs of processes and give feedback to leadership. </li><li>Track the final files from the prior provider and ensure an accurate allocation of assets. </li><li>Ensure end of year reports and YTD data is accurately received. </li><li>Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. </li><li>Must be employed in current role at least 1 year </li><li>Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Proficiency in applicable systems and processes. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. </li></ul> <p>Why 401GO?</p> <p>At 401GO, we're not just changing retirement-we're reinventing it.
