<p>As a Change Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively coordinating operations changes that impact manufacturing and inventory. This position functions as the "air traffic control" between product management, master data, master scheduling, and other resources to ensure the appropriate actions are taken given the changes scope. The role may also execute portions of the change within SAP. Changes may include new product launches, engineering changes, obsoleting products, etc.</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement change management plans and strategies. </li><li>Assess the impact of proposed changes on people, processes, and systems. </li><li>Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with change. </li><li>Develop and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed. </li><li>Facilitate open communication and address concerns related to change. </li><li>Provide guidance and support to individuals and teams during the change process. </li><li>Monitor progress and address any issues that arise during implementation. </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve change management processes and practices. </li><li>Ensure that changes are implemented in a consistent and efficient manner. </li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of change management tools and resources. </li><li>Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth change implementation. </li><li>Coordinate change activities across different departments and teams. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates/Bachelors degree preferred. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational and planning skills. </li><li>Ability to facilitate discussions and address concerns. </li><li>Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices. </li><li>Experience in project management or process improvement. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Minimum 5 year of experience in a Manufacturing environment using all of the required skills </li><li>Proficient in SAP planning and production functionality and Microsoft Office. </li></ul> <p>Who we are:</p> <p>Brady makes products that make the world a safer and more productive place.
