This includes overseeing daily operations activities to ensure cost-effective operations and maintained service level agreements.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily Processing, Filling, and Packaging operations, including scheduling, and routing as directed. </li><li>Supervise and support the Operations team, providing training and development opportunities. </li><li>Collaborate with distribution, logistics, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. </li><li>Ensure all Operations activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies. </li><li>Track and analyze Operations metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions, ensuring cost-effective operations. </li><li>Address and resolve any Operations-related issues or complaints from customers. </li><li>Notifies others of mechanical malfunctions to increase productivity and equipment capabilities, and begins to identify areas where operators can assist in resolving concerns. </li><li>Aids and supports all production functions as assigned by manager to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are maintained and adjusted as needed. </li><li>Compliant with all legal requirements concerning SQF, NY State, and FDA. </li></ul> <p>Min. Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or operations. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations preferably in the dairy or food industry. </li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. </li><li>Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. </li></ul> <p>Byrne</p> <p>Headquartered in LaFayette, Byrne is a Central New York-based dairy company with a legacy spanning over 90 years.
