<p>ABOUT US</p> <p>Marin City Health & Wellness Center (MCHWC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally responsive care to underserved communities in Marin City and Bayview Hunters Point. Our services include primary care, dental, behavioral health, and care coordination.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>MCHWC is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to lead our Quality Improvement (QI) and Risk Management programs. This role is responsible for advancing a data-driven approach to improving patient outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.</p> <p>The Quality Improvement Manager works closely with leadership and clinical teams to monitor performance, support reporting (including UDS), and prepare for HRSA Operational Site Visits (OSV) and FTCA requirements.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the organization's Quality Improvement (QI) program </li><li>Monitor clinical quality measures, patient outcomes, and operational performance </li><li>Oversee UDS reporting and ensure data accuracy and integrity </li><li>Coordinate QI Committee activities and support Board reporting </li><li>Manage risk management processes, including incident reporting and root cause analysis </li><li>Track and respond to patient grievances, complaints, and adverse events </li><li>Support HRSA compliance efforts, including FTCA redeeming, OSV preparation and documentation </li><li>Partner with clinical teams to improve care delivery and close care gaps </li><li>Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making </li><li>Provide staff training on quality improvement and compliance processes </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field </li><li>3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement (FQHC experience strongly preferred) </li><li>Experience with UDS reporting and HRSA requirements preferred </li><li>Strong analytical and data interpretation skills </li><li>Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) </li><li>Knowledge of QI methodologies (PDSA, Lean, or similar) </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED</p> <ul> <li>Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) </li><li>Experience in community health or safety-net settings </li></ul>
