Forklift and walkie-rider experience is preferred but not mandatory.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n</p> <p>Your responsibilities include handling cases of beer and other products weighing 50 pounds or more while ensuring safety and cleanliness. Your primary duties involve manually pulling orders from computer-generated pick sheets and preparing them for loading onto delivery trucks or staging areas. You will operate industrial equipment, such as walkie riders and forklifts, to stage pallets in accordance with Fabiano Brothers' standards. Additional tasks may be assigned to help you understand our distribution processes and contribute to warehouse efficiency and safety. You will need to read or listen to work orders and operate a stand-up or sit-down forklift; training will be provided. Our voice-picking technology systems will assist you in tracking tasks and locating products efficiently. <\/span><\/p>\n</p> <p>Essential Functions & Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\nWilling to learn and adhere to supervisor instructions.<\/span><\/li>\nExhibit efficiency and flexibility in a warehouse setting.<\/span><\/li>\nMust safely operate equipment after completing training and obtaining authorization from Fabiano Brothers.<\/span><\/li>\nDemonstrate a strong commitment to safety and productivity.<\/span><\/li>\nCapable of repeatedly stacking, moving, and sorting products over 50 lbs.<\/span><\/li>\nMust be reliable and punctual for shifts.<\/span><\/li>\nAbility to work in a temperature-controlled setting (usually between 60-64 degrees) with some exposure to outdoor conditions.<\/span><\/li>\nAble to read and listen to work orders to locate items for moving, collecting, distributing, and shipping.<\/span><\/li>\nA high school diploma or GED is required.<\/span><\/li>\nComplete other assigned tasks and attend meetings\/training sessions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nIf you have these qualities and meet the basic job requirements, we'd love to have you on our team.
