<p>Maintenance Technician</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves getting machines back in action? We're on the hunt for an Equipment Maintenance Technician with a knack for troubleshooting and at least 1 year of machine maintenance experience-ideally in a manufacturing setting. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge 3D printing technology, keeping our SLA, SLS, and DMP printers, vacuum pumps, and support systems running at peak performance. With a 4x10 schedule you'll enjoy long weekends while making a big impact. Our Employee Resource Group program, Employee Recognition program, and 3D Gives Back program, are just a few examples of how you will be empowered to build connections, celebrate wins, and make a meaningful impact. </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Perform hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced additive manufacturing equipment and critical support systems. </li><li>Keep safety front and center-follow all safety protocols and standards. </li><li>Work independently or with a tight-knit team, owning your area and taking initiative with minimal oversight. </li><li>Track and manage spare parts and consumables in your area. </li><li>Use technical manuals and CMMS software daily to log work, troubleshoot, and keep machines running at their best. </li><li>Collaborate across teams-work closely with engineers, techs, and managers to solve problems and keep equipment running. </li><li>Ensure all machines stay in top operational shape and downtime stays down. </li><li>You'll work hands-on with a wide range of advanced equipment, including 3D laser printers (SLA, SLS, DMP), rotary blowers, vacuum pumps, stress relief ovens, wire EDMs, blast cabinets, chillers and more. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring:</p> <ul> <li>HS Diploma or GED required. </li><li>Any official training in PLCs, mechanical, or electrical is preferred. </li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience with machine maintenance. </li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience working within a manufacturing setting preferred. </li><li>Requires basic electrical systems understanding, encompassing electrical circuit principles, troubleshooting techniques, and safe hands-on experience with industrial electrical equipment and control systems. </li><li>Basic knowledge of 3D Printing and 3D laser Printers is not required but preferred. </li></ul> <p>Applications accepted online through July, 15 2025</p> <p>#LI-MM1</p>
