Positioned as the number one hockey retail company in the country, Pure Hockey offers qualified candidates the opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing business.</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>The Goalie Product Specialist will be responsible for developing and expanding sales within the goalie division. They will focus efforts on supporting retail stores through product specification support, custom order inquiries, training initiatives, and frequent communication. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for managing PureGoalie.com custom orders, establishing and maintaining relationships with online customers, and overseeing and contributing to goalie specific social media platforms.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage all custom goalie orders placed directly through PureGoalie.com - contact customers to confirm order specifications and answer any questions. </li><li>Follow up with PureGoalie.com customer leads on previously created designs. </li><li>Create custom goalie purchase orders and submit to vendors. </li><li>Assist with the development of a virtual and in-person training program as well as facilitate training. </li><li>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products according to the customer needs and objectives. </li><li>Exceed customer expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, industry knowledge, and resolving issues. </li><li>Provide customer service support to retail stores - product specification inquiries, custom goalie inquiries, and product availability. </li><li>Collaborating effectively with the customer, vendor, and internal departments to solve customer issues and improve business processes. </li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with customers while providing the best customer experience possible. </li><li>Contribute content to goalie specific social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram); Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner. </li><li>Travel as needed for in-person training. </li><li>Additional assigned tasks </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must have relevant experience and excellent knowledge of the goalie industry and goalie products. </li><li>Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and efficient with time management. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and deepen relationships with professionals and customers. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precise attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication </li><li>Experience using social media on a business platform. </li><li>Experience with Microsoft office programs; Windows, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. </li><li>Must be accessible on nights and weekends. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance </li><li>Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance </li><li>Flexible Spending Plan </li><li>401(k) with match </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Parental Leave </li><li>Employee Discount </li></ul>
