Envipco offers a high energy, fast-paced environment with excellent growth opportunities.</p> <p>Title: Embedded Systems/Mechatronic Intern</p> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>The mechatronic science behind a Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) takes engineers through a broad set of disciplines including embedded systems, machine vision, motion control, communications, kinematics, prototyping, electromechanical assembly, compliance testing, MCAD and EDA tools, and more. An excellent opportunity to see theory put to practice and learn about the pitfalls and triumphs of machine design going from concept to production.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Insatiable curiosity</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to use hand tools, soldering skills, basic knowledge of test equipment, e.g. DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc</p> </li><li> <p>Aptitude for basic electrical/electronic theory and mechanical components</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to collect and organize data in various ways including basic diagrams, as well as document results</p> </li></ul> <p>Ability to convey suggestions and findings to the team.</p>
