We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and advancement within the Abdominal Imaging section.</p> <p>The successful candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>Provide outstanding clinical services across a variety of modalities. </li><li>Drive quality improvement and value-based care initiatives. </li><li>Engage in impactful research projects. </li><li>Mentor and educate the next generation of radiologists, including residents and fellows. </li></ul> <p>This role includes an academic appointment, with rank and leadership opportunities determined by experience and qualifications. Clinical attending roles are also available.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>We are looking for candidates who are:</p> <ul> <li>Board-Certified/Board-Eligible by the American Board of Radiology. </li><li>Fellowship-trained (or equivalent) in Abdominal Imaging. </li><li>Passionate about academic radiology and investigative research, with a proven record of research productivity. </li><li>Skilled in both clinical practice and interpersonal communication. </li></ul> <p>The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to advancing innovation in imaging and a willingness to contribute to extramurally funded research projects.</p> <p>Our Facilities</p> <p>The Abdominal Imaging program at the University of Utah is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including advanced CT, MRI, ultrasound (including high-risk OB), fluoroscopy, and image-guided interventional procedures. Clinical services span:</p> <ul> <li>University Hospital </li><li>Huntsman Cancer Hospital (an NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center) </li><li>Multiple outpatient centers across the Wasatch Front </li></ul> <p>Our team includes 13 faculty members, along with an annual cycle of fellows.
