<p>FIELD MECHANICAL ENGINEER - FL</p> <p>About Our Organization:</p> <p>With over 40 years of experience providing high purity water solutions, Pureflow is committed to serving clients by designing, building, installing and maintaining water purification systems in a broad range of commercial and industrial markets. We are seeking highly talented and motivated candidates to join our company where people, integrity, and excellence are essential to our culture.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design system and size components; develop P&ID </li><li>Develop Cost Estimate for proposals </li><li>Assist sales team in preparation and, if requested, presentation of final project proposal </li><li>Prepare and oversee project documentation, including spec sheets, O&M manuals, and validation documents, as applicable </li><li>Manage customer submittals, including support drawings and specifications </li><li>Work with designers to produce detailed engineering </li><li>Serve as a project manager for awarded projects </li><li>Maintain project schedule and budget </li><li>Conduct project review and evaluation </li><li>Identify opportunities for and drive continuous process improvements, including product and system standardization, standard operating procedures, and engineering standards </li><li>Identify potential issues and drive resolution to ensure schedules and budgets are met </li><li>Set up and maintain customer contracts, jobs and services </li><li>Prepare and issue quotes and account renewals; follow-up through issuance of purchase orders </li><li>Track and generate reports of business segment profitability including cost analysis of services and projects </li><li>Schedule service, prepare service orders, and perform the billings </li><li>Handle customer calls and coordinate service schedule with service technicians </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience engineering </li><li>B.S. in Mechanical Engineering </li><li>Self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, energetic, and capable of staying cool under pressure from </li><li>multiple ongoing projects </li><li>Previous customer relations experience preferred </li><li>Previous equipment design or operating experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Perks:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary </li><li>Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account (with company contributions), and more </li><li>$1 for $1 401k match up to 4% </li><li>9 Company-paid holidays </li><li>Generous personal time off that increases with tenure </li><li>Education assistance </li><li>Employee referral bonus program </li><li>Ongoing training and development by internal and external industry experts </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions: Usual office and manufacturing environments</p> <p>Pureflow is an equal-opportunity employer, including disability and veterans.
