The Compliance Manager also will support GMR's compliance program more broadly by developing policies and procedures, conducting audits and investigations, and conducting employee training. This role ensures alignment with regulatory obligations, healthcare compliance standards and internal policies. The position requires strong analytical skills, independent judgment, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through accurate, actionable reporting and insights.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the design of systems to track, analyze and report on compliance metrics and KPIs. </li><li>Manage and enhance compliance reporting tools, including vendor-supported systems. </li><li>Maintain accurate compliance records, reporting logs, dashboards, and audit documentation. </li><li>Serve as the primary subject-matter resource on compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools. </li><li>Support implementation of new compliance technologies and process improvements. </li><li>Provide leadership with insights and recommendations that improve program maturity and regulatory alignment. </li><li>Conduct risk-based audits and investigations, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions. </li><li>Minimum Qualifications </li><li>Bachelor's degree required. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, healthcare, clinical, or EMS compliance. </li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills with experience interpreting complex data. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI. </li></ul> <p>EEO Statement</p> <p>Global Medical Response and its family of companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer, which includes supporting veterans and providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with a disability.</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range $120K-$130K Range </li><li>Check out our careers site Benefits | GMR Careers to learn more about our comprehensive benefit options, which include medical, vision, dental, 401k, disability, FSA, HSA, EAP, vacation and paid time off. </li><li>The application window for this position is anticipated to close on 3.27.2026 </li></ul> <p>R0051012</p>
