<p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Interface with relevant departments to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested, calibrated and problems are resolved in a timely manner. </li><li>Travel to customer locations to perform equipment installations, diagnostics, repairs, and warranty investigations. </li><li>Interpret mechanical drawings, plans, and site layouts to ensure accurate and efficient installations. </li><li>Align, install, and commission pumps, mixers, and other industrial equipment. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on-site. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering, sales, and internal service teams to provide a seamless customer experience. </li><li>Represent the company with professionalism and maintain a strong customer focus at all times. </li><li>Complete service reports, documentation, and updates using computer software and tools. </li><li>Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. </li><li>Maintain a clean & organized work area; utilize safe work habits. </li><li>Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>2-5 years of industrial maintenance or technical service required. </li><li>Basic understanding of VFDs and PLCs in industrial environments. </li><li>Experience with installation, alignment, and commissioning of pumps, mixers, or other industrial equipment is important for success in this position. </li><li>Welding certification is preferred. </li><li>Must be able to understand and read mechanical plans, drawings, and site layouts </li><li>Must possess basic computer skills - email, filing of field reports, expenses. </li></ul> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to pass a drug screen & background check. </li><li>Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and eligible to operate a company vehicle, which will be taken home for field service assignments. </li><li>Must be willing and able to travel 75-95% of the time, both domestically and potentially internationally, based on project needs. </li><li>Must be available to work overtime and on-call schedule. </li><li>Must obtain NOV corporate credit card and maintain an active status per NOV credit card policy. </li><li>Must possess strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Trainable attitude and an extreme amount of self-motivation required. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress, team environment for extended periods of time. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and procedures. </li><li>Ability to interact effectively with customer and contractor personnel. </li><li>Work in harsh environments including rain, snow, heat, and heights in excess of 150 feet. </li><li>Must provide transportation from home to the office.
