<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Candlewood Lake Elementary School is looking for Excellent Long Term Sub-Certified Speech Language Pathologist in the Pre-School Program for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.</p> <p>Location: Brookfield Public Schools - Candlewood Lake Elementary School</p> <p>Position Type: Long Term Sub Certified SLP for Pre-school students</p> <p>Sample Responsibilities: ( Not all inclusive)</p> <ul> <li>Conducting evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities. </li><li>Developing individualized therapy plans based on the student's specific needs, and providing direct therapy to students who need assistance with speech, language, voice, fluency, or swallowing disorders. </li><li>Working closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into the student's daily routine and academic curriculum. </li><li>Completing all required administrative tasks, including tracking and documenting students' progress in meeting therapy goals and reporting progress to parents and school teams </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Certificatin from Department of Public Health (DPH) & Speech And Language Pathologist Certification 061. </li><li>Experience teaching at the Pre-School and elementary level preferred. </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment. </li><li>Passion for working with children and fostering a positive learning experience. </li></ul> <p>Brookfield Public Schools is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment.
