In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our financial systems evolve to meet the dynamic needs of our organization, driving streamlined financial operations, accurate reporting, and data-driven decision-making.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Own Financial Systems & Workflows: Oversee end-to-end product management of financial systems, ensuring seamless integration with ERP (Dynamics 365), AP (Medius) and other enterprise platforms. Establish and monitor data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all financial workflows.</p> <p>Define & Track Success Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness, adoption, and ROI of financial products and features. Use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide prioritization and demonstrate business impact.</p> <p>Documentation & Enablement: Deliver clear and comprehensive product documentation, such as process flows, release notes, training materials, and technical specifications.</p> <p>Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Gather user feedback, analyze industry best practices, and stay current with regulatory and technology trends to identify opportunities for system enhancements. Champion process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk.</p> <p>Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap aligned with company financial objectives. Clearly communicate priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders and secure alignment across business functions.</p> <p>Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead initiatives from concept to delivery by collaborating cross functionally. Drive smooth product launches, facilitate training, and serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.</p> <p>Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for financial systems product strategy. Present product updates, demos, and business cases to senior leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure clarity and alignment.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. </li><li>5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent role) with a focus on financial systems or financial analytics tools. </li><li>Proven ability to apply product management best practices, including roadmap development, requirements gathering, prioritization, and lifecycle management. </li><li>Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that align with organizational goals, including market and competitive analysis. </li><li>Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and measure product performance. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and related teams. </li><li>Familiarity with software development processes and modern product delivery practices, ideally Agile/Scrum. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Hands-on experience with product and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, or equivalent. </li></ul> <p>#LI-KZ1</p> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p>
