This role supports daily unit operations, manages administrative workflows, and acts as a central communication hub to ensure smooth patient care delivery.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Sibley's Circle of Excellence </li><li>Manage phones, front-desk operations, and service recovery </li><li>Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and EMR documentation </li><li>Coordinate communication across the care team </li><li>Assist with unit operations, equipment tracking, and emergency responses </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Current CPR certification </li><li>Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills </li><li>Basic computer proficiency </li></ul> <p>Important Notices:</p> <ul> <li>Authorization to Work in the United States:?Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: Minimum 18.00/hour - Maximum 28.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
