In this high-impact role, you will direct four submarket directors and oversee a growing team of nearly 100 caregivers while ensuring full compliance with reporting, accreditation and governance requirements. You will drive the system's STEEEP approach to high-quality care by standardizing assurance and improvement processes, partnering closely with experts in nursing quality, accreditation, EHS, radiation safety, high reliability and infection prevention. Working alongside market leadership and medical staff, you will monitor clinical outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives that strengthen quality and safety across hospitals and ambulatory locations.
