<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>As our Supervisor, Environmental Services at CHI St. Vincent, you will help our healthcare team maintain a clean and safe environment so they can provide optimal patient care.</p> <p>Every day you will oversee and coordinate environmental services operations. You will be expected to manage staff, ensure compliance with infection prevention standards, and optimize cleaning procedures.</p> <p>To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership and organizational skills, experience in healthcare environmental services, and a commitment to patient safety.</p> <ul> <li>Oversee supply levels, equipment maintenance, and efficient resource utilization to support cleaning operations. </li><li>Lead and develop the EVS team, ensuring optimal staffing levels, performance, and adherence to policies and procedures. </li><li>Maintain high cleaning standards, conduct inspections, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of EVS services. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years experience performing institutional housekeeping supervision.
