This role will provide float coverage for all existing oncology pharmacist roles in the inpatient and ambulatory setting, to allow for vacation time, comp day, and project day coverage of existing roles.</p> <p>Daily activities will include: Supporting oncologists, hematology/oncology fellows, hospitalists, and other providers in medication therapy management of patients receiving inpatient and ambulatory treatment (parenteral and enteral), educating patients and clinical staff, precepting students and residents, and participating in oncology related committees.
