<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the distribution center's quality system as the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products, govern the Quality Management system, implement the organization's quality strategy, and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety</p> </li><li> <p>Direct the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, enhancing procedures to meet key metrics aligned with business objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the management team to establish site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Support the implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong Quality mindset and behavior throughout the Distribution Center</p> </li><li> <p>Sustain an efficient Quality Management System in compliance with standards, including corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programs</p> </li><li> <p>Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems through data analysis and trend evaluation using digital solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Manage Quality incidents and Stock Recovery at the Distribution Center, ensuring the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive actions</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
