You will collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure quality care for patients with specific medical needs, while promoting patient safety and comfort.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration. </li><li>Assist physicians during exams, procedures, and diagnostic tests. </li><li>Educate patients on their conditions, treatments, and self-care. </li><li>Document patient interactions and care in the EHR system. </li><li>Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and ensure a safe environment. </li><li>Support patient flow, including scheduling and follow-ups. </li><li>Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Current RN license in IOWA </li><li>1+ years of clinical experience (outpatient/primary care preferred) </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>BLS certification (ACLS a plus)/Mandatory reporter </li><li>Strong communication and patient care skills </li><li>Comfortable with EHR systems and multitasking </li><li>Ability to lift and assist patients as needed </li><li>Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods </li></ul>
