Pay is $20hr.</p> <p>Overall Purpose</p> <p>The Lead Material Handler is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of material handling activities within the production facility. This role ensures the efficient and accurate movement, storage, and distribution of materials and products to support production schedules. The Lead Material Handler plays a critical role in maintaining the flow of materials to meet production demands while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide a team of material handlers in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>May Report to</p> <p>Site Supervisor/Site Leads</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Client relationship & Business development</p> <ul> <li>Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria. </li></ul> <p>Operations</p> <ul> <li>Assist warehouse employees with receiving, picking, and shipping materials as needed.
