The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Solution Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and customize Salesforce.com applications to meet business requirements. </li><li>Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. </li><li>Implementation: Develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects within Salesforce. </li><li>Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions. </li><li>Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing. </li><li>Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements. </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration and Customization is preferable.
