We work as a team, stay open to feedback, and build a culture based on trust, accountability, and results.</p> <p>Who we're looking for</p> <p>We're looking for someone who loves building, testing, and scaling real growth. You will run multi-million dollar paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. You will launch experiments, find new growth levers, and scale what works. Xe is already one of the most visited websites in the world, with millions of app downloads, and you will help take that foundation even further through high-impact paid media and performance marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks like a builder, acts like a founder, and thrives where growth is the goal.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max (PMax), Display, YouTube, and Universal App Campaigns (UAC) </li><li>Manage multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, display networks, and others </li><li>Develop and execute GTM (go-to-market) strategies for feature launches and user engagement </li><li>Analyze campaign performance using Funnel.io, Amplitude (or similar) and continuously optimize </li><li>Create compelling landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging that align with brand and growth goals </li><li>Run A/B tests, experiment with new growth ideas, and apply learnings to improve campaigns </li><li>Identify new paid media opportunities, emerging channels, and market expansion strategies </li></ul> <p>What we're looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Experience running high-performance paid media campaigns with a heavy focus on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and Universal App Campaigns) </li><li>Proven success launching, managing, and scaling multi-million dollar acquisition campaigns across multiple regions and channels </li><li>Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn and emerging platforms </li><li>Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, PowerBI, Funnel.io, Amplitude, or similar performance dashboards to drive data-backed decisions </li><li>Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve acquisition efficiency, ROI, and customer growth </li><li>Comfort leading A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, audiences, and offers </li><li>A proactive, ownership-driven attitude. You bring ideas and execution plans, not just requests </li><li>Bonus: experience launching paid media programs for product-led growth (PLG) or large-scale go-to-market launches </li></ul> <p>Nice to haves:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in fintech, currency markets or international transfers </li><li>Familiarity with attribution models, multi-touch customer journeys, and optimizing paid spend </li><li>Understanding of SEO and its relationship to paid media in a full-funnel growth strategy </li><li>Experience developing lead generation funnels for both B2C and B2B audiences </li><li>Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and advanced Google Ads automation features </li></ul> <p>Perks and benefits</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid schedule </li><li>Group Medical, dental, and vision plans </li><li>Company sponsored 401k match </li><li>Euronet Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) </li><li>The range in Colorado for this position is $110,000-$140,000.
