You will be working alongside a team of talented colleagues from other markets, businesses and functions to provide you with the opportunity to take your career to the next level.</p> <p>As a Lending Solutions Professional in the Private Bank, you will support our Lending Advisors to advise clients on their capital structure and provide credit solutions tailored to clients' needs and circumstances.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Participate in pitches to existing and prospective clients </li><li>Analyze the book of existing clients to identify new potential opportunities </li><li>Maintain an ongoing dialogue with existing borrowing clients </li><li>Advise, negotiate and execute loan structures </li><li>Structure solutions to client financing needs within acceptable risk parameters and in accordance with policies and regulations </li><li>Maintain a quality credit book with active client dialogue and escalation of candidates promptly. Follow up on all client-related credit issues (e.g., missed margin calls, legal documentation, etc.). </li><li>Using your thorough knowledge of the JP Morgan Credit Risk Underwriting Policy & Guidelines, liaise closely with Credit Risk to ensure the best outcome for the client in terms of the underwriting of the client. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills</p> <ul> <li>Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date </li><li>Bachelor's degree required </li><li>1-2 years of industry related experience </li><li>Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills </li><li>PowerPoint and Excel expertise </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with JP Morgan Private Bank systems Workstation, Connect, DDR/KYC or ability to learn proprietary software </li><li>Experience and interest in financial / credit markets and concepts </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills </li><li>Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy </li></ul>
